Communications

The Communications and Change Management workstream is tasked with delivering the communications strategy for the pathfinder programme, including regular newsletters for employees and members and maintenance of the Pathfinder Extranet site.

Change Management

A group consisting of the Policy officers, Communication officers and Personnel officers from each council are meeting to develop a change management programme. To date we have received funding for our change management programme of up to £50,500 from the Regional Efficiency and Improvement Partnership, and an offer of support from the Improvement and Development Agency.

Events such as a senior managers seminar, a directors forum, a Members seminar and staff briefing sessions have already been held, and further events are being planned.
