Frequently Asked Questions
Pathfinder for enhanced two tier working is about a new ways of thinking and delivering services to our customers. Inevitably this will involve change in how we work and how we make decisions. This process in turn gives rise to questions about how people will be affected and often people have the same concerns and want the same questions answered. This section seeks to address the questions that have been asked so far.
Pathfinder is a six year programme and in some instances it is too early to answer some of the questions that arise. We anticipate that we shall be adding to this section as issues are discussed, decisions made and the process evolves.
