Programme Office
The Programme Office is headed up by Nick Cave who is the Programme Director and based at Aylesbury Vale District Council offices. Its role is to manage and co-ordinate the work of the Pathfinder programme and support the work of the Joint Implimentation Board and Buckinghamshire Joint Leaders Group.
The role of the Programme Office is to develop and establish a strong foundation for partnership working, oversee the Pathfinder programme and manage the budget. It also produces regular progress and overview reports for the DCLG and other partners.
Amongst its many duties the Programme Office is responsible for support for the governance bodies and project leads and communications for the whole pathfinder programme, including the newsletter and maintenance of the Pathfinder extranet site.
