Pathfinder for enhanced two tier working; finding ways that the Local Government Authorities within Buckinghamshire can work together.
As one of only five Pathfinders for enhanced two tier working in the country we have established an ambitious programme to seek new ways of joining up or sharing our services to deliver improvements and efficiencies for the benefit of our customers. Pathfinder will involve significant change in how we do things and whether we are members, officers or partners of the five councils, we will all need to think how our customers can be served by joining our approach to service delivery.
