Shared Services Joint Committee
An overall guiding and decision making body which is made up of Councillors responsible for the Programme from each of the partner organisations. The Joint Committee, which met for the first time on 08 June 2009, has been created to speed the decision making process, though final sign off on joining the Joint Venture remains with the individual councils.
