Waste - Milestones
Phase 1 (August 07 – approx February 2009) Development of a Business Case to investigate a number of scenarios for joint working that will have differing levels of integration in terms of staffing, contracts, infrastructure and other resources. The business case scenarios will give an indication of the possible financial efficiencies and time scale over which they could be realised. The first phase of work will conclude with Members of the Project Board selecting a preferred end goal for the Waste Pathfinder Project.
Phase 2 (Approx March 09 - March 10) Assuming partner authorities agree with the preferred scenario, there will then follow an implementation phase. Depending on the type of scenario selected, the length and complexity of this phase could vary significantly. A report at end of phase 2 will assess the benefits to date.
