BucksMaps
The maps provided by this service present information on Planning, Community Facilities and other services provided by all the local authorities in the County.
You can specify a postcode, address or one of a selection of pre-defined areas such as parishes or towns, and then choose the map layers of additional information that interest you.
Amongst these, planning application sites and relevant policies and constraints are available. Reports can be created and printed. You can also register an area within which you would like to be notified of new planning applications submitted.
The 'Find the Nearest' feature could be useful for existing and prospective residents. You can also add the Aerial Photo layer for a realistic view 'from above'. We hope that you find BucksMaps easy to use and useful.
Data Accuracy
We are currently in the process of updating all data and map layers used within the BucksMaps service. Until this work has been completed some information displayed on this website may be out of date and should not be assumed to be accurate.

If you have a query about any of the data, please contact the BucksMaps Team through the enquiries & comments feature, within the service.
South Bucks District Planning Information will be added to the service, when this becomes available.
Chiltern District's Local Plan and Planning Constraint information is currently undergoing maintenance. To obtain the latest information regarding the validity/currency of a policy or constraint, and how it may affect you; please be advised to contact the Chiltern District Council Planning Department on 01494 752950.
Ordnance Survey Positional Accuracy Improvement Programme:
Ordnance Survey have completed a national programme to improve the accuracy of their mapping. Each Buckinghamshire council is amending its mapping to coincide with any changes made by Ordnance Survey.
There will be times when the mapping within BucksMaps does not coincide as expected. Whilst we will endeavour to minimise these discrepancies we cannot be held responsible for any such errors or actions taken as a result of these errors.
