Finding the answer to your question

If you don't get the answer to your question
Try putting in key words instead of a whole question. Alternatively, please click on the 'Advanced Search' link which will help you to narrow down the search. You can also search the rest of the Buckinghamshire County Council website via the a-z (link).
Asking your own question
If you do not find the answer you are looking for, please ask us the question by clicking on the 'Ask a Question' button which can be found at the bottom of each page. Simply type in your details and your question and we will contact you with a reply. Please note that providing your email address is essential, the other information is optional. Advanced Search Features
Fuzzy Search
Searches for words that are identical to or similar. This is particularly useful where the exact spelling is unknown eg 'schol' will bring back results for 'school'
Exact Search
Returns answers where the words entered and in the answer exactly match eg 'transport' will return only those answers where 'transport' is in the answer.
Linguistic Search
A search formed by joining words with AND and OR. Searching for 'school transport' will return all questions with school and transport in them; a search for 'school and transport' will return only the questions which contain both words.
